Sleeping

I got inspired by Ulquiorra's databook. As you know he was sleeping in her room, on her couch; so could it be that they sleep together all nights? just like that? I mean they looked so at ease with each other and Orihime was all like 'well, he's just sleeping like he does everynight so I'll better do the dishes' Though there's only one couch in the room so~
